Linens are provided for all guests. A starter supply of essentials is included, such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, and laundry detergent. These items are provided for your arrival and are not replenished during your stay.

Please note that the home is located in a rural area where public transportation is not available.

Safety Notice

For your safety, please do not touch, feed, approach, or attempt to interact with the cattle in the neighboring pasture. The cattle are not owned or managed by the host. Do not cross the fence line under any circumstances. Livestock can be unpredictable and may cause serious injury, even when they appear calm.

Rental Agreement

Upon booking, guests will be asked to review and sign a rental agreement.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
